Hacking Change Save location

Is it possible to change the save location on M3 Sakura for GBA and NDS games. I want to put them in their own folder for easy backup.

Bah there was a complete back upper, but it is forbidden now... All flashcarts except EZVi saves .sav in the same folder as .nds.
Well, you can use "show tile" in WinXP(or Vista/7).

Cant you just sort the files after .sav on the window screen and simply mark, copy & paste? Thats what im doing

I wanted to use a homebrew FTP app, and having them all in one file would be nice.

it's a good workaround, but an option like the OP wants would be ideal. the games folder is just a mess.
