Hacking Change region of Wii Shop Channel on vWii?

Is that possible by using AnyRegionChanger?

I don't want to change the system language or anything, just the region of the wii shop channel on the vWii only, so I can download DLC from Just Dance (I'm using a Japanese Wii U, and there's no DLC available for Just Dance 2, 3 etc, as they weren't released in Japan).

I also have to install wads to enable the download of DLC for each Just Dance title, and I'm also not sure if that is dangerous.

I don't want to brick my vWii, lol. Is there anyone who knows the answer to my questions?
