Hacking Change Game ID?

I remember that once there was a tool to change the game ID of an iso to be able to have multiple custom GH's in an usb hdd, as wbfs manager didn't allow the same game various time. Where can I find this tool now?

I use WIIISORenamerv3.exe

Change GameID and Title.
