Hacking Change eshop region?

I have a EUR 3DS 11.2 A9LH and I wanted to play a Japanese exclusive game which hasn't been dumped yet so I might as well buy it so I was wondering if there was a way to keep my region but have a Jap eshop. Or I'll need a Japanese emunand?

There's some mythical way to make region changed old3DS able to use eShop, but no one really seems to succeed.
However that method doesn't work with new3DS. it's impossible for new, unless it really new and haven't connected Internet. But you loose original region forever. If I understand that thing right.
Just buy physical version or ask someone who you trust to buy and dump it for you.
I fear you have no other choices.

just dump it with the latest decrypt9? it wont hut your game at all and will save you some money as well.

It's a N3DS if I change the region I can't use the eshop.

Thanks for the offer but I found the game as a .3DS so I converted it to a CIA.
