Hacking challenge for 3ds and r4 experts

So guys, recently i bought a nintendo 3dsXL and when i went to put my R4 gold pro card he didn't recognize it. However I have a nintendo dsi that recognizes it normally without any problem.

So far so good, the problem is I tried to follow this tutorial to try to make r4 work on my 3ds: that of 3ds hacks (it was not possible to place the link: /)

I chose the right model of my r4, however when trying to do the procedure, ntrboot_flasher says that my flashcard is not supported.

note: this r4 is still working normally on my nintendo dsi.

The steps in 3ds.hacks.guide are only for if you're experiencing a black screen when loading DS or DSi mode. If the cart is not recognized at all (as in it doesn't show up) that indicates a contact issue. Flashcarts are not made with as exact measurements or tight tolerances as retail cartridges so a flashcart can be recognized in one system but not in another.

but strange, it seems that only mine is not supported: / and he is a r4 gold pro. There is another detail, with my nintendo dsi came another flash card (r4i renovation), I try to do the procedure in 3ds and it shows the same message

3ds.hacks.guide/ntrboot mentions that 2013 models of R4SDHC Gold Pro are incompatible with ntrboot, is that the one you have?

Can someone help me please? don't have any method of checking through log why my r4 doesn't read in 3ds?

Solved people, I'll post here that serves as an alert for everyone, checking the pins in the slot to insert the cartridges I noticed that there were four bent pins and going short (all pins in this slot have to be straight). I took a needle, I removed it and now my r4 is working normally, I thank everyone here for helping me ^^, guys.
