Homebrew Chainloader don't opening and pretendo don't working

I had ago the 0xd9004588 error on my 3ds and trying to fix it I ruined my SD card, I buyed a new one and the first thing I did is installing luma 13.3, homebrew launcher files, FBI last version, and God mode 9 but, trying boot it up it didn't worked, and when installing Nimbus it didn't worked too and it was "active" please tell me how I can fix that, I want use pretendo 3:
