hoping you are italian, seeing the flag:

è possibile fare il downgrade se hai la 9.2 o inferiore, con il downgrade arrivi alla 4.5, con una gateway blu o una card per ds compatibile con 4.5 installi l'exploit, io mi son fatto prestare una gateway blu, poi puoi installare un cfw che permette l'avvio dei giochi che richiedono 4.5 o inferiore, non sono pochi, è uscito anche il region free.. non mi ricordo se c'è altro..

    There was a time where we were able to bypass the school's network using a VPN that wasn't blocked on the radar. Can't exactly remember the name, but I was able to watch YouTube.
