Hacking CFW System transfer?

Ok, so the time has finally come for me to upgrade my Flame Red o3ds to a white n3ds. The problem is that the system is heavily modified with CFW and CIA's. Before I jump into doing system transfers, I have some questions:

1. Does The Legend of Zelda 4 Swords transfer?
2. Do CIAs transfer?
3. If they don't is there any way to send over the downloaded software?
4. Will the transfers wipe out my save Data? Because it will really suck doing Mutant Mudds Super Challenge 100% again...

Sorry for the long list of questions, but I really want to prevent any way of this going wrong.

Everything legitimately bought will transfer, to make everything else show up you'll need to install their tickets. If all your games are of your region and gotten with freeShop you can do this by installing and running tikShop (there's a QR code on a reddit post that you can google for). Otherwise you can back up your tickets before the transfer and restore them on the target after the transfer. That would be great! I just really want to know of my copy of 4 Swords will transfer or not, since that would be my method of getting CFW on the new system.

Yes it will. If you follow the guide exactly you won't have any issues. Make sure to make a pre-transfer NAND backup.

You're running it via NTR and not Nanquitas Luma loader, right? The luma loader should work but I just want to know.

if I do a full transfer to another 3DS, the illegitimate games won't show up because they don't have tickets?
and if I manually install the tickets (or use that tik app) the games will show up with their save data?

All the data will be moved, but without the ticket it won't show up in the home menu.

One-two punch. In ticket recovery.
TIKDevil - restore ALL* tickets. (*Those that can be found on Nintendo CDN).
tikSweep - remove unused tickets.

Yes.

Some games can't be recovered through this method. What you're left with is to:

1. reinstall their CIA if you have them backed up on hand
2. reinstall through freeShop if you don't
3. if neither first two options are possible, search their title TMD in GodMode9, rebuild their CIA, and then reinstall their CIA again as a round about way in getting them back.

If you legitimately purchased that copy of the game through Nintendo eShop, it should transfer over with your save.

TLoZ 4 Swords is not found on the SD card because it's a DSiWare title. DSiWare games are internally installed on the 3DS system.

I made a post ealirr about transferring from one cfw n3ds to another. Is the process mostly the same in that case? I'm just looking for more details so I don't make any more mostskes.
