So... i detled the stuff off my memory stick and i lost my battery.. for the psp would i still have CFW..? because i deleted everything, or is it installed into my psp?

If it was installed CFW you'd still have it.
If it was something you needed to run off the memory stick each time you shut the PSP down, then you wouldn't have it.
