Hacking CFW on 10.3.0-28

Well... It's just a question. I'm not 100% aware of all the possibilities offered by Memchunkhax2, but the fact is, we've been able to install legit CIAs and downgrade (some of us, anyway). So.... what is stopping us from having CFW? Do you think we'll have CFW in a near future?

Memchunkhax2 only gives an arm11 kernel vulnerability. We can call the service that allows the deletion of cias (Allowing a downgrade, by deleting and then installing the 9.2 versions), because it only needs arm11 access.

CFW needs arm9, which we don't have and can't obtain using memchunkhax2.

I DID attempt to downgrade. Multiple times. A lot of times. I'm not willing to format my 3DS and retry. No need to be a dick about it.
