Forgive me if this is a dumb question or anything, it's been a curious topic on my mind for a while.
Buuut...
Could you technically have one modded Switch console that has CFW and a bunch of games, while connected to the Nintendo Network-
And have a clean console that game shares with it?
So like... The vanilla Switch is made the primary system and it's sharing off the games from the CFW system? Could that still risk a ban, or would they not be able to tell the difference?
Like, the CFW Switch would never go online, it would just have a Nintendo Account so that game sharing can be active and that's all, the vanilla Switch would do everything else.
Sorry for the sloppy explanation, not good at trying to explain stuff haha
