Gaming CFW detecting camera?

So there's a new game called invizimals that just came out..

A newly designed camera is released with it as well

Looking it up on youtube, it seems that when you go to camera on CFW, it takes you back to the XMB.

Do you think that this new camera is limited to OFW only?

The camera's not new it's ancient...and yes it works on CFW.

Uh. I'm pretty sure this camera is a new design. I have the old psp camera myself, and it looks nothing like this.

Iam pretty sure it works.
Looks like the one my mate got with his 300x model.
He played invizimals with it.

was thinking of buying that game too.. yes buying i know.. its 50 euro for the game + cam and the old cam cost 50 euro too...

anyway is the game worth it. on the website i see like only 9 creatures and they have all 3 different forms. doesnt seem much...

Yeah, i apologise...my connection has been very slow and glitchy of late and pictures haven't been displaying....the Go! Cam works fine on CFW. It's reported that the new cam packed with Invisimals doesn't....let the buyer beware.

that means buy the old cam and download the game XD hmz although the new cam looks better imo

edit: yeah just read the new cam needs firmware 6.0

As I just made the mistake - the definative answer is

Invizimals is packaged with the new style camera - this does NOT work on CFW (5.50gen or 5.00m33-6)

The old PSPGo camera works fine, the game recognises it and plays fine

It was cheaper to buy the game with the new camera included than it was to buy a PSPGo, but an expensive mistake, did give me a trap though - this I have scanned and copied.

Of course, since Nintendo gave the DSi a camera Sony had to release a new camera as well... Nice.

i heard some ppl manage to make it work with m33-6 dunno how though.

yes. it works on 5.00 m33-6 with prome-2 patch applied using following method outlined here:
