Hacking cfw 3ds themes

how do you install themes in cfw 3ds?
already downloaded a theme and imported it but it won't show up

Themes are only for 9.x consoles. It just won't work on CFW which is 4.x.

why is it even downloadable? and i always saw cfw with themes _@ what is it ?

Your 3ds needs to be on firmware 9.0-9.2 and you need the game Cubic Ninja to install custom themes
