Ebay pretty much always sides with the customer as long as you are prompt. I have had issues with Chinese sellers before. Step A: Tell them they did it wrong, and to make it right, or you're going to Ebay. If this fails (Hasn't often for me) Step B: Report to Ebay, and get a full refund.
