Hacking Castlevania POR locking up randomly

Is anyone else having this problem? I've tried with 1.06b and 1.06 final. I get lockups somewhat randomly. It seems to happen a lot when reading text and such. I'm not hitting multiple buttons or anything.

Any ideas?

BTW:
I have a DS Lite, recently purchased, full bat charge, R4 was purchased jan 1 and I have a 2gb sandisk micro card.

Maybe it's your 2GB sandisk thats causing the problem O.o

if your sandisk is made in taiwan, it will lockup. if it is a kingston made in japan, lockups will be rare.

My 1gb sandisc is made in Taiwan, only ever locks up at one warp point and apart from that it's fine so the game's completely playable. Trick is to format it FAT16 64k clusters.
