Cartridge failure?

I was installing my physical BotW carts today using DBI, and the first installed at 18MB/s whereas the second installed at 30MB/s. Is it possible that the slow one is failing/damaged? The slow one is the one without DLC and the fast one is the one with DLC.

My contacts are clean.

Or it might be destination storage that was the bottleneck?
