Homebrew Cartinstall deleted my stuff.

So I used cartinstall and it yeeted my stuff. I have the ticket.db.bak and title.db.bak files in the Cartinstall folder on the root of my sd card. Should I run faketik? Also knowing how to manually replace the ticket backups would be good.
