Hacking Can't use NNID Services

So, a couple months ago I set up an EmuNAND on my 3DS. I unlinked NANDs and all that stuff and still had eShop access and all. Long story short, a lot of stuff happened, I messed up and updated the 3DS without unlinking my NNID from EmuNAND, losing access to it. I recently installed a9lh and restored a NAND backup containing said NNID that was created before setting up the EmuNAND and now everytime I try to go online I get the error message 022-2634. Is there a way to solve this without having to call Nintendo?
