Hacking cant use cheats

how come i cant use my cheats for yu-gi-oh world championship 2008? i tried to but it doesnt work =/
there isnt any button for it on the button but there is for the others, how come? =/

you should insert your micro sd to your computer and first see if you even have a user.dat file(i think that whats it call)

i do use them, i use cheat.dat and cheat.db X_X, and it still isnt working =/

Firstly, R4 uses cheat.dat, not cheat.db. Secondly, go to the first page of the Cheat Database Thread 'sticky'. Your problem is fully explained there and it teaches you how to fix the problems with cheats not showing on R4 carts.

geez its not working, i tried the r4bugfix2 and deleted the cheat.db and it still isnt working, r4bugfix2 just causes more problems >_>

You're wrong, I use r4bugfix2 and have deleted all JAP (and the E or U versions that I do not have) games from database using the r4cce08 (cheat code editor). Just read it all again, do everything it says and you will be prevail!

It's also a good idea to always compare the game ID of the rom you are using to the one held in the cheat.dat (you check the ID's using the r4cce08 program). If you are using the same region rom as the cheat, but the game IDs differ, alter the cheat.dat ID using the r4cce08 software and save it.
