Hacking Can't turn on 3ds (only flashing light for a second)

Im sorry in advance cause im a noob in this topic.

So I homebrewed my 3ds (succesfully)
and wanted to install CFW after a while.

I found some CFW Tutorial and tried to install it
It was called boot9strap if I remember correctly and installation method was by opening a Sound File in the Sound App of 3ds.
Basically I had the click stuff and had to go to the Download App and Press some Button Combination

Since I didn't use the 3ds for years I forgot the Back Buttons (L and R) existed and was confused what to do. So I turned it off mid progress.

And I deleted every homebrew and CFW files on the SD Card cause I was giving up.

How do I fix it and can I still install CFW?

The instructions provided there don't include the Luma release (and hbl) that you will need.

Download the latest release of Luma -- place boot.firm and boot.3dsx on root of SD.
