Homebrew Can't solve many problems, I'm dumb

TLOZ Four Swords Edition is not a GBA file, just a game downloaded from eShop. Booting it in Cakes' sysNAND makes it freeze in a black screen.
I then assume that neither Virtual Consoles games will work there (I have Super Mario Bros, The Legend of Zelda and Super Mario Bros Deluxe), and neither other types of games will (I have Pokédex 3D, ExciteBike, demo of ORAS, Postbox and TLOZ Four Swords Edition, which aren't VC games).
This is what I meant, sorry for earlier.
Summarizing, I'm searching a way to boot all those games/apps in Cakes' sys and emu both.

Interesting... not sure why that would happen, you have the proper fimware.bin, cetk and slot0x25keyX.bin files in the correct places? (If you don't know about them they're required, check my guide for more info)

I have everything, except that slot0x25keyX.bin. Where can I install it? Are there many versions or just an universal one?

EVERY GAME HAS BEEN DELETED, except Four Swords... FBI of TinyFormat don't work...

...The CRLTools screen doesn't appear if I hold L. Nothing boots up. I can't do anything, I have a fresh 3DS with 9.2 FW.

PLEASE HELP, HOW THE F*** DO I GET ALL THE SHIT BACK???? Please! Is there a way???

Tried to restore a 3DS previous backup... Doesn't do anything... I wonder if there is still hope...

Cubic Ninja helped. Booted Ninjhax from there and reinstalled menuhax. I can now trigger CRLTools by holding L as usual.
Unfortunately, every game (except Four Swords, which I'm REALLY going to hate), is gone. Is there a way to restore them? I have backups of all the files in the SD even before the downgrade. Does placing them in the root of SD restore them?

Sorry for earlier. I was VERY desperate, couldn't think to format SD/update sysNAND.
