i wount to hack my old 3ds but i cant because when i lunch nedwill 2016 from 3ds sound its cant play and hear my 3ds sd card

I'm not sure if it's case sensitive but otherapp.bin shouldn't be all capital letters
Edit: also what FW version are you on?
