Did you download the CIA from before the cartridge dump was leaked? Did you visit the eShop after installing the leaked CIA?
If you downloaded the leaked CIA and installed it, you can open it through FBI just fine, usually.

No, you can still open it with FBI, you just can't open it from the HOME Menu anymore.

really? i have the leak installed and have used the eshop and never get this issue. OP may be using the pre-release cia. but this can be fixed by injecting a dummy seed with fbi. theres a thread on here somehwere about doing it.

is this the case for the leaked version which was a cartridge dump?
