Gaming Can't make a Netmarble account.

I have been trying to make a NetMarble account for some time and I have been having no luck.
If someone could reply to help me that would be appreciated.
Or I could PM you the details if you can make it for me.

EDIT: Oh and I'm trying to make it so I can play KR(Korean) SD Gundam Capsule Fighter Online. Not Dragon Ball Online.
