Gaming Can't install wads

so, on my wii i had HBC8, backup launcher channel 0.2, CIOS 249
when i uninstalled the CIOS and tryd reinstalling it is says :

+ Installing CIOS, Please wait...
>>Installing... ERROR! (ret = -2011)

also wad manager won't install any wad's

and when i run AnyTitle Deleter it says:

Informing wii that im god...ERROR! ES_Identify (ret = -1017)

Please Help.

p.s. i deleted al my wii date in the settings menu
and have instaled HBC9

Did you update your wii with the nintendos recent update ?
No more will install if you did that update.

Theres a downgrader that waninkoko released recently in my zip , but i havent used it so i cant guide you through it im afriad and its use at your own risk so research before using it.

would that even help? I'm stuck too but from what I've heard it doesn't help to downgrade since that still leaves the new IOS and it's the IOS that cause wad manager to fail... but please tell if it works...

would that even help? I'm stuck too but from what I've heard it doesn't help to downgrade since that still leaves the new IOS and it's the IOS that cause wad manager to fail... but please tell if it works...

i tryed the IOS Downgrader in his zip
but it doesn't work, it says something about "failed to instal ticket"

You have to install IOS16 before you can do any more - have you installed ios16 ??
