Hacking Cant install some things

Hi, experts. As the title says, i cant install some things while using FBI.
I tried various .cia from different sites, also tried remote install, even installing via gm9 and checked my sd card.
But the problem persists, it says "Failed to install CIA file".
A friend of mine told me to go search the correct Ticket and erase it but even that did not work. This does not happen with everything i want to install, only with updates mostly, happened with a pair of games also though. What can i do...? please help!

How can it be fixed. Not even hsh*p would install it via remote install.
