Homebrew Can't install haxchi

I have a banned Wii U console and I don't want to call Nintendo Support for them to unban it. I want to install Haxchi but I can not open the eShop. Is there some Homebrew shortcut I can use? Or is haxchi the only shortcut?

And please Note: It does note Help when you have already Coldboot Haxchi (CBHC) on your Wi U
