Homebrew can't install cios for back up loader

i burned mario galaxy on a imation dvd+r book type dvd-rom and it didn't work do i have to install cios?
because every time i try to install it, it doesn't work.when it's downloading 2 of 15 it says error downloaded 64 of 33608
i'm using frimewire 3.2u
i tryed installing it with and without cios rev5
and i burned mario it 2x using imgburn

Yeah, I would get that error too. I just got lucky once, and it downloaded.

Sort of off-topic- If I have either Wiigator's or Waninkoko's cIOS, I can install the new Nintendo update and still be about to install Wads, right? Will the backup-loader will also work?
