I ran the PS4 exploit on my 5.05 PS4 via http://crack.bargains/505k/ and used an app called PS4 Serve3 to load files for HEN, Mira, and other applications to the PS4 but for whatever reason, it just won't stick. I have to re-run the initial exploit every time the PS4 restarts and I can't access the files I loaded to the machine via the app. What can I do?

You dont need to use an app called PS4 Serve3.

Just go to PS4's WWW and enter http://crack.bargains/505k/ and click Hen and you are all set. You should bookmark it if you want to jailbreak it again everytime your PS4 restarts. I am not sure if it is offline or require you to use wifi to run it again. Mine is offline and my link is different from yours. It's working great every time my PS4 restart and I rerun my different link from yours without a problem. :)

Don't forget to delete the cookie and clear the history in WWW setting every time to prevent the crashes.

The problem is that after the initial crack the website gets stuck on Awaiting Payload forever, hence why I tried the app in the first place...

Cache the exploit page so it load the exploit menu everytime. Instead of using crack.bargain maybe you can use Al-Azif DNS or self host then cache it offline.

Yeah, as Hayato213 said.. Use Al-Azif DNS or self host then cache it offline because thats the one I used. Try search KiiWii's page and find 2 DNS. Yes, you need two DNS. Thats the one. Here:

https://gbatemp.net/threads/aio-ps4-exploit-guide.497858/

AL-AZIF DNS 1: 165.227.83.145
AL-AZIF DNS 2: 108.61.128.158

Easy.

turn off automatic updates in the system settings
I did but I was afraid firmware updates are pushed anyway like most other devices, did that work for you?
and also: I've downloaded some pkg and want to install them after hacking, how do i proceed?
and at last
is there anyway so i wouldnt need to hack after every reboot?

you need to run the exploit every time you reboot. from my experience, if my system goes into rest mode while exploited, it locks up and i have to do a hard shutdown.

The method is tethered so every time you cold boot you need to run the exploit. Like what @deliverator said turn off auto download, then either use Al-Azif DNS or self host it, then install the offline cache
