Hacking Can't get Gateway 2.0b1 to work

I want to go back, but every time I try to run through the ds profile, it always freezes with the grey screens and bars. It used to happen some of the time when i had it before, but now I can't get it to ever work one time. Can anyone help me?

Hold L before you click on profile, and continue holding it when you boot into gateway mode.

If that doesn't work. Either fallback to 1.2 or take your chances with 2.0b2.

2.0b1 is buggy, nothing you can do about it.

Tried that before. Tried it again. Same result.

change the sd card your using seems that users have reported that the original sd cards that came with the 3ds and 3ds xl are more than likely not to have freezing or saving issues when using 2.01b me personally i just use 2.02b without going into diagnosis
