Honestly this is terrible.
Not all people who have jailbroken iOS devices are pirates. My iDevice is jailbroken because I like have a 5x5 page as opposed to 4x4 and that's it.
I hope this isn't a trend for the people who actually buy apps on jailbroken devices.

So even if you bought the game, but your device is jail broken, you get this? What about a jailbroken ipad? My ipad is jailbroken but I have never pirated an app on it.

some people jailbreak the devices , to use options that are blocked is not jailbroken legal
like use a different provider, and HOMEBREW APPS, not just pirate games

you PAY for the games but just because you jailbreak your devices you get punished,

xCon and/or Flex neatly take care of this, I really don't know what they're attempting to do with a method that's long been patched.

The patch will resolve the issue. Also the dev is sending out an update as he didn't mention this in the app's description.
This was done to counter piracy, but didn't work out as pirates already have a workaround. He is well aware of this, and plans on removing the disabler.

In other news, iOS 7 will make this impossible as it takes away dev system-read access for ALL apps. [Yes, no more checking for AS, Installous, or other pirate related loaders]

^For the record, I didn't censor Installous as it has been shut down and no longer is related to pirate-activity.
