ROM Hack Can't dump titles with GodMode9

I don't understand whats wrong. I've been following instructions that I find online but I don't have TMD File Options. When I select the tmd file, It just shows the default options, no tmd options I'm using the latest GodMode9. I also don't have a search for titles, but that isn't that big of deal since I already know the title id.
