can't download

Hi,
I'm new to the site so sorry if this is a stupid question. I can't seem to download anything on this site. When using firefox whenever I click the download button, nothing happens. In internet explorer, the button actually depresses when I click it, but I just get a little icon on the bottom left hand side of the screen that says there's an error. I've registered on the site and am logged in. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure JavaScript is enabled.

I've tried downloads with Safari and Firefox, and I'm not having any problems.
Also I'm using a Mac, and believe me, if there's any code issues on this site, it usually affects me.

I tried to download here at work and it's just fine. I can't imagine I don't have JavaScript enabled on my laptop at home, but I'll double-check it tonight. If nothing else, I guess I can always download here!
