Gaming Can't Delete Folder...

Meh, Cyclo DS gave me an error saying the filesystem's too fragmented or something, googled it up and guys asking the same question as I had got the answer of defragging the micro-sd, so I gave it a try. It said it couldn't defrag it, because of a file, which is generated/made by DSOrganize...
Anyway, I tried deleting the file, and then tried to delete the folder it was in, but it again gave me an error saying something like 'Can't delete folder, it's not empty.'
Deleted it again, pressed F5 to refresh the browser, and it's there again...
I've tried Total Commander, and it gave me the same error, and saying yes to delete it anyway ended up in an infinite loop if pressing the retry button...
I've also tried Unlocker, which is supposed to be a great tool for that sort of things, everything works, except for deleting the folder

So, if anyone has a fix for it, I'd

Sounds like you may just have to format the card. But yeah, I hate those phantom folders.

Ah, I haven't thought about that yet...

Yes, I knew that before I formatted my micro-sd card. I got all of the needed stuff off of it.
