Hacking Can't create a RTS file

I have the Evolution card (for DS lite), and i hold select when i start a file, and no "RTS initiating" stuff.
have tested in firmware 2.3 and B7 and noting....
i don't know if it's the memory (games runs afther all... ) or if its a seting or the version.

Shouldn't there be an option in the start menu to create a RTS file for that game?
Pretty sure it should be in the Save sub-menu (Something along the lines of)

Nop, there's no option for that... have they removed on update 2.3 ?

EDIT:

i just realized how it's done!
you must press Y button and a menu (that i never seen before) poof up and there is the option for creating RTS file!
i had to read almost all the manual for the iEvolution to understand what you tried to tell me.
