So I wanted to try this new HomeMenuEditor3ds because i manage a ton of 3ds and it would be easier to just manage games into folders but i cant seem to get the laucher.dat that i need to get their service working. Everytime i try to get the file i get Resource locked with the code "0xC92044E7" I was wondering how other people even get this file ? or fix the file.
In their readme the mention it like yea , its their just grab it but its not so easy for me ???
