Hardware Cant boot RCM with LCD screen connected

Hello I have a nintendo switch board that have been worked on (not by me). It will load any rcm payload but not with the lcd or the backlight ribbon connected. with only the backlight connected it would just flash for a second and shutdown right away. With both lcd and backlight there would be no flash and it would shutdown right after the payload injection.
I get 15v out of the original charger but it wont boot or show anything on the screen.

I wanted to load hekate just to see what was going on with it

What if the lcd is connected but not the backlight? Any bent pins? Have you tried another screen?

I tried 3 screens.with lcd only it shuts down. With backlight only it flashes then shuts down. With lcd and backlight it shuts down. without lcd and backlight it stays connected on the tegraRcmGUI

it seems like an power issue, like a bad cap or failed component at the power management but cant find it

What if you don't hook up the backlight or lcd but you dock the switch. Will it show up on a TV?
