Hacking Question Can't boot into menu

Hello,
using ChoiDujourNX, I upgraded my firmware into 6.1 from 5.1.
Then using ReiNX payload, I booted into ReiNX, however, I can't see the home menu.
I was able to see the Nintendo Switch logo when it boots up, and also when I press the volume up/down, I'm able to see the volume status which is on the left-top corner.
Any ideas to fix this/or even what the problem is?

This happened to me as well. My guess is that it's broken layerdfs files, so I just saved Nintendo folder somewhere, formatted SD, put it back and started over with CFW setup.

When you were updating, did you choose the exFAT option? What format is your SD card?
