Homebrew Can't boot decrypt9 and Godmode9

Hi,

About a week ago I've installed A9LH successfully. I have closely followed latest gude (it was newly made) and everythng is working fine except I can't boot into decrypt9 and godmode9. Booting console without SD card works, but I do not have installed cias or anything. So did I messed up something or? I assume it's installed allright since I can install cias, but makes me wonder why I cant boot into decrypt and godmode.

how are you trying to load decrypt9/godmode9? are you trying to use the homebrew launcher to launch it?

No, I'm trying to load them with holding Dpad. Right and up arrow which usually are supposed to be enterypoint.

so you are using Luma3DS, placed the decrypt9 and godmode9 files in /luma/payloads and named decrypt9, for example, down_Decrypt9.bin and then when you hold down the down button, nothing happens?

I do not have those files in payloads. Obviously is that a problem. Where can I get those files and why this new guide has such mistakes? I find old one much better.

I've copied these from old console and it does work now. Anyway I wanted to make backup of my system in a case if I brick my system. What should I backup? Sysnand or emunand? Seems like both of them are now on 11.2. I can't make backup of 9.2 without downgrading again?

make sure you are using luma

quote from the guide:

Create a folder named luma on the root of your SD card
Create a folder named payloads in the luma folder on your SD card
Copy Hourglass9.bin from the Hourglass9 zip to the /luma/payloads/ folder on your SD card and rename Hourglass9.bin to start_Hourglass9.bin

it's the same process. in theese instructoions replace hourglass for what you want...
and instead adding "start_" to the beggining of the file you write the key you want for example "down_filename.bin"

you should had strictly used plaitect guide it would tell you everything including the nand backups... seems like you messed it somehow, are you by any change using a youtube video or something?

it's the same guide, you're good. I would recommend backing up both emunand and sysnand (if you still use emunand). emunand is the nand on the sd card, sysnand is what is on the internal memory, so sysnand you really need to backup. this can all be done from a9lh without going back to 9.2.
