Can't aim luigi's mansion 3

Hi guys sorry to be a bother Haven't played any video games since Half Life many years ago. I am running Ryujinx emulator, with a clone wireless xbox game pad. I am at floor 3 and need to aim up with the sucking device. I been trying diff settings but have no luck. Still can't aim UP. I attach a photo of my current settings. Sorry please help an old guy out. I made to 67 yrs it's a trophy we don't all make it this far.

still trying to get aim to work. I used yuzu to launch the game emulator. that allows aiming. But then I have to start from the beginning. I guess if all else fails I start over?

Well I decided to start over with the yuzu launcher. The controller sticks a very Wonkey! Trying to get them dialed in. In the Kitchen battle now on floor 2

Are you using motion controls for aiming? Luigi’s Mansion 3 sometimes relies on gyro aiming for precision. Some controllers don’t have built-in gyro, but you can try enabling ‘Motion via Right Stick’ in Ryujinx controller settings and see if that helps.

I started all over using the Yuzu emulator | Launcher. It at least does has some aiming ability, but it is still very wonky. I have been trying to beat the chef ghost for a week now. Maybe tonight? I will look at the Ryujinx again for right stick adjustment. i only have about 3 weeks in gaming after over a decade away from it. Ryujinx is much nicer than yuzu, I would like to go back to it. This old guy is learning allot, it even feels it is motivating me. Thank you
