I could not update B9S because my chainloader was not working.

I couldn't do anything but boot to the home menu or the luma setup menu.

Now I can't do anything the power light turns on when I press the power button and then the power light turns off by itself.

I've tried to use all the boot.firms on the card and none of them will boot my console.

Use a new SD card that you have tested with H2testw or F3X and found to be working and not fake or corrupted. https://3ds.guide/h2testw-(windows) https://3ds.guide/f3x-(mac)

Then try all the boot.firm files from Luma 7.1 to 8.1 and also try arm9loaderhax.bin from Luma 7.0.5

If this does not work, then your console's SD reader must be broken.

Edit: get rid of the bin files from the payloads folder. I heard from someone that it stops the chainloader menu from working. I don't quite believe it but it is something to try.

Edit 2: you have a lot of random crap on your SD card. When you try the new SD card, just have boot.firm or arm9loaderhax.bin on it and nothing else. If you can get the Luma config menu up, then add the payloads folder. But don't have any of the other stuff.

Alright, thank you, I got it to boot again Phew. I will tried deleting the bins and now my chainloader works.

I then had this error https://gbatemp.net/threads/getting-error-code-unsupported-launcher-argc-0-on-boot.473047/
For others if they have this issue i fixed it with the Luma3DS-5d2a731.zip

Thank you, and everyone else for the help! I'm back and running on the newest everything.
