Hacking Cannot Open custom apps on my O3ds

Basically, I can't open any custom apps, not even the Homebrew launcher or FBI. This is the error message I get trying to open them:
An error has occurred (ErrDisp)
Error type: generic
Address: 0x000005ea
Error code: 0x0000005e
Also, none of my apps display anything at the top screen nor do they have a sound jingle. I'm using Luma CFW on an Old 3DS with B9S. My system version is 11.10.0-45U.
Also, is process ID needed? Will give if so

Replace the sdmc:/boot.firm with the older Luma3DS v9.1. With the SD card inserted, try booting to HOME Menu. Does a different error message appear?
