Homebrew Cannot download soundhax.m4a file on Windows, Android or Apple

Every time I click on the download button on the soundhax site it just goes to a grey screen with an even smaller rectangle in the middle but it doesn't download.

You're trying to open the file..

Right click and 'save as'

It's trying to play the file
Right click the rectangle and press save
