Hardware Cannot connect to vehicle hotspot

I cannot connect to my 2017 Yukon hotspot. I am in Canada.
Has anyone been able to connect to their vehicle hotspot?
I tried WPA-PSK (AES) and WPA2-PSK (AES)

Not sure what I can do.
