Hacking Can you use PS1/PS2 BIOS when loading a game?

I want to have the PS1/PS2 startup screen when I launch a PS1/PS2 game from a disc or from webman/multiman. You know, for nostalgic purposes and possibly for using the PS2’s memory card manager or even freemcboot on my ps3. Is this in any way possible?
I have a PS3 slim on 4.81.2 D-REX.
