I plan on instaling Lakka on my Switch in the next couple of days, but I was wondering - can you use Nintendont .raw memory card saves for Lakka? I'm asking because I have a save file of Paper Mario TTYD on chapter 8 but after I sold my Wii I can't play it.

Dolphin also uses .raw format. So yes.

After installing Lakka and exploring the files I saw that the game-by-game saves were in .gci. So, my question is how to convert .raw to .gci.
Ah, that's easy. Use Dolphin's memory card manager (it's in the tools menu)
"Browse" and select the .raw file, select the correct save in the list and press "Export", or just press "Export All"

If you ever want to do the reverse, it's also simple with the memory card manager:
(Optional: "Browse" for the .raw file you want to import the save into first, otherwise you can use Dolphin's default one) "Import" and select the .gci file, it should be imported into slot A. Check the path where the slot A .raw file is located, copy this file to the correct location.

It worked but that slow down is awful though there is no solution for that.

I've only used Dolphin on switchroot-android. Tried a bunch of Wii games, they were all unplayably slow except Super Paper Mario. But many GameCube games actually ran well. TTYD is pretty much full speed most of the time for me. I got to the big tree (second zone?) playing it on Switch.
There are some occasional slowdowns in areas with lots going on, such as some areas of Rogueport. Set your emulated CPU clock speed to 40% in Dolphin to partially fix this. It will stop the audio stuttering, as it causes the game to frameskip natively and lessens the load on the emulator. Works well on most GC games, didn't seem to help at all in F-Zero GX though. Some games also run better like that.
I run it at 1.5x native resolution, which works well. 1x obviously works even better but the game looks much better with 1.5x in handheld mode so it's worth the tradeoff.
Are you having more slowdown than me? It might be worth trying switchroot Android, maybe it runs better there. Since for me, it runs near perfect.
