Hey, can I play out-of-region games online using tubehax?
and will I be able to install updates for them from the eshop?

For the most part, you can't install updates for out of region games. If I remember correctly, it'll send you an invalid link, or something among those lines. I'm not entirely sure about playing online, but I believe you can (don't quote me on that).

If the game doesn't require updates to play online then it should work but for most games, an update is required to play online such as Mario Kart 7.
