It'd probably take a long time for someone to make this, if someone decided to take this up.

I'm really sorry i sounded like a dick, when i clicked on this it made me go to the user-submitted news. Now that i went here im like WTF?
Again I'm really sorry i sounded like a dick.

OP, your word choice is really screwing with me, I can't seem to understand what you are saying in the latter half of your sentence.
I'm inferring that you wish to take part graphics-wise and code a homebrew fighting game, hope to obtain some coders to help you succeed, and make it have your ideas. As cruel as this may seem, these are the general facts with this endeavor:
-Homebrew coders don't usually take up requests all too often.
-Homebrew coders probably don't want other people's ideas shoved down their throat.
-Either you are going to need to improve your word choice or anyone willing to work with you will have a hard time understanding you.
-You would have a higher chance in succeeding if you attempted this by yourself.
-Your ideas have to be spectacular and possible to convince any coder to write something for you just because you have "pictures to fight with" and "move's that you want hem to have."

On the other hand, you could always talk to SkullCollector and he might be able to help you out...lol

Which is part of the reason why it's hard to hire a coder or commission work from a coder :\

To OP I say if you want to make a homebrew game make sure you're REALLY interested in coding. Making a homebrew game isn't the easiest thing in the world.

Also make sure you know your Algebra
