if you have 2.02 BUY the PSP game UNO off the PSN and install it on you vita ASAP (if you can)
so when the 2.02 exploit files come out you can have the vita's PSP mode and run eCFW

with eCFW, you can run PSP homebrew

Do note that the Vita's homebrew is just using the PSP power for now, so if you're considering buying a Vita, just wait.

Agree with Rydian, if you want a Vita for Gravity Rush Golden Abyss and Liberation, get one. If it is just for emulation just get a psp off ebay
