Unlikely.
The Boot Logo isn't located in SYSTEM like every other SystemApplet.
I think it's in BOOT1 but I'm not sure if we can edit them that "easily" as we can with all the SystemApplets in SYSTEM.

Waste of time. Just boot right away, not a few seconds later to show some dumb thing. Even stuff like PS3 take too long on a boot "sound".
